We created The Experience to help you cope with the roller coaster ride that has somehow taken over your life. You will learn helpful techniques that address your body as well as your mind. Each month includes 15-60-minutes of video ranging from yoga classes to breath work that will address specific problems you may encounter along the way.

  • Anyone facing: infertility, second infertility, PCOS, unexplained infertility, male factor, low ovarian reserve, endometriosis, adoption, fertility preservation, surrogacy, unconventional family planning, miscarriage, or if you haven’t seen a doctor yet, but you’re concerned about your fertility.
  • If you’re just getting started or you’ve been trying for twelve months or longer (6 months or longer if over the age of 35), or have other reasons to preserve your fertility.
  • If you want to reduce your stress, anxiety or depression, but you aren’t sure how.
  • If you need help processing your thoughts/emotions so you can better communicate with your support system.
  • If you’re not coping well (e.g. drinking excessively, overeating, highly irritable, excessive shopping), and you want to learn better coping skills.

How does it work:

1. Set Yourself Up For Success

You'll be introduced to The Experience and learn how to create space and support for yourself. Next, you'll do two 20 minutes or less mind-body practices and a self-inquiry exercise to dive a little deeper into The Experience approach.

2. Make Self-Care Your Priority

Each month you'll receive up to 60 minutes of physical, mindfulness, or breath work practices. These practices were specifically created for those facing infertility.

3. Regain A Sense of Control

You'll be prepared for the monthly cycle of trying and for things like the latest pregnancy announcement or family gathering, asking for the support you need, and how to remain in the moment.

4. Stay Connected to What's Important
