1. Set Yourself Up For Success
You'll be introduced to The Experience and learn how to create space and support for yourself. Next, you'll do two 20 minutes or less mind-body practices and a self-inquiry exercise to dive a little deeper into The Experience approach.
2. Make Self-Care Your Priority
Each month you'll receive up to 60 minutes of physical, mindfulness, or breath work practices. These practices were specifically created for those facing infertility.
3. Regain A Sense of Control
You'll be prepared for the monthly cycle of trying and for things like the latest pregnancy announcement or family gathering, asking for the support you need, and how to remain in the moment.
4. Stay Connected to What's Important
You'll receive inspirational and educational information throughout the month meant to keep you connected to yourself, to your loves, and to your community.
