Q: Is this program for anyone and everyone?

A: Yes! We believe everyone faced with family building challenges, regardless of race, geographic location, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, and appearance, will benefit from Orchid Experience. Our program, The Experience, was designed to support those who are 6-12+ months into their trying to conceive journey. Our members gain empowering mind-body techniques to support them through every phase of their journey from just getting started, to seeking treatment, and beyond.

Q: What’s included each month?

A: Each month you'll receive up to 60 minutes of physical, mindfulness/meditation, and breath work practices. The practices will prepare you for the monthly cycle of trying, and for things like the latest pregnancy announcement or family gathering, asking for the support you need, and how to remain in the moment. We sprinkle in additional activities and inspiration throughout the month to keep you motivated.

Q: What equipment will I need for The Experience?

A: The practices we offer throughout The Experience requires a small collection of props (You can never have too many props). You might choose to use props from around the house or if you’d like, purchase a full set. Both options will work just fine. Here’s a comprehensive list of what you’ll need:

  • One yoga mat
  • One bolster measuring about 11" W x 25" L x 6" H or two large firm decorative pillows
  • Two 4” yoga blocks or two small firm decorative pillows
  • Up to three yoga blankets measuring about 53” W x 75” L
  • One eye pillow or handkerchief

Q: I am suffering from an illness/chronic pain. Can I still do your program?

A: Yes. As always, please check with your physician prior to starting the program. We offer physical practices suitable for all levels. 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds on our monthly membership. Our program is effective and affordable, which means that it's very little risk to you. We stand by what is possible and encourage you to embrace Orchid Experience. But, we also know we don't work for everyone. So, it's very simple to cancel your membership at any time. You can cancel your membership in the my account area of the website.
